If you’re carrying the weight of stress or past experiences, The Letting Go Release Flow offers a safe and welcoming space to unwind and let go. This 75-minute session is designed for anyone seeking emotional release, with no yoga experience needed.
We’ll start with gentle stretches to help you relax and settle in. Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through various release activities, such as journaling, drawing, visualization, and letter writing, allowing you to process and let go of what’s on your mind. The practice also includes a restful meditation to help release stress and encourage peace.
We’ll end with calming sounds to ground you, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Complimentary tea is provided, so you can carry this sense of peace with you as you head out.
Crash Out Yoga: Release, Revive, and Reclaim Your Peace
Crash Out (verb): A moment when emotions like anger, grief, stress, or frustration overwhelm you to the point of breaking down or giving up. Often described as hitting an emotional or mental wall, it’s the build-up of unprocessed feelings that can feel impossible to contain.
Sometimes life brings us to the edge, leaving us ready to crash out. But what if you had a safe, supportive space to channel those feelings and release them with intention and grace?
Crash Out Yoga is a deeply restorative, 75-minute trauma-informed class designed to help you release pent-up emotions, process overwhelming stress, and reconnect with your inner calm. This unique experience combines breathwork, somatic practices, and grounding yoga with opportunities for emotional release, journaling, and intentional reflection.
Here’s What to Expect During This Transformative Class:
15 Minutes of Breathwork & Release Activity:
We’ll begin with guided breathwork to ground your body and calm your mind. You’ll then write down what you’re ready to release—whether it’s anger, grief, stress, or a specific situation—and tear it up as a symbolic act of letting go. For those who need a deeper release, you have the option to scream into a pillow you bring from home, allowing you to release safely and intentionally.45 Minutes of Gentle, Beginner-Friendly Yoga:
This trauma-informed and somatic yoga flow is beginner-friendly and designed to support your emotional and physical well-being. The gentle movements will guide you through releasing tension stored in your body, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease.15 Minutes of Restorative Meditation & Intention Setting:
We’ll close the session with a calming, restorative meditation to help restore balance and peace. You’ll be invited to write a prayer, affirmation, or intention on a card and place it in our community basket as a symbolic offering of renewal and hope.
