A sacred pause for when you’re ready to power down.
This 90-minute private rest experience is designed to help you fully unplug—mentally, physically, and energetically. Whether you’re navigating full schedules, managing others, or simply craving quiet, this space was created to support your return to stillness.
Unplug is more than rest. It’s a nervous system reset for people who rarely get a break from being “on.”
You’ll be welcomed into a softly lit sanctuary and guided through a grounding arrival ritual to begin slowing the mind. From there, you’ll experience 30 minutes of guided support—either meditation or sound healing—followed by 45 minutes of silent, uninterrupted rest.
Your session ends with a warm or cool towel ritual and gentle reawakening so you can transition back into your day feeling clear, calm, and present.
Your 90-minute flow includes:
• 10 minutes to decompress and settle in
• 30 minutes of guided 1 on 1 private sound healing or meditation
• 45 minutes of uninterrupted self-guided rest
• 5 minutes of gentle reawakening and closing towel ritual
Your session ends with a warm or cool towel ritual and gentle reawakening so you can transition back into your day feeling clear, calm, and present.
Included in your space:
• Herbal tea and calming aromatherapy
• A weighted blanket, memory foam mat, and eye mask
• A therapeutic eye pillow to support vagus nerve activation and deep relaxation
• A reflection card to support integration and return
-Please note: You have the option to check in phones and wearables at the front desk before your session begins. We’ll keep them secured and monitored so you can fully unplug, knowing we’ll gently alert you if any urgent calls come through.
