Nap & Meditate is a guided rest offering designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional reset. Clients are welcomed into a calming space where breathwork, soft sound, and warmth create the conditions for true rest.

This is not a productivity hack. It’s an act of resistance and restoration. I offer this both in person and virtually so that people with different needs and access points can receive rest and feel held.
